Please Note: In-Studio Warm classes are heated to 90 degrees. In-Studio Cozy classes are heated to 78 degrees. You must be 16 or older to take a Warm or Cozy class. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian present on your first visit to sign a waiver for you. There is no minimum age requirement for non-heated and outdoor classes as long as the participant is respectful of the others in the class and not engaging in disruptive behavior.
In-Studio class location: Our studio, High Country Yoga, located in the Harris Teeter shopping center in Boone, NC.
Outdoor class location: The grassy field beside High Gravity Adventures off of Hwy 321 S in Blowing Rock, NC unless otherwise stated in the class name. Please visit our Outdoor Classes page for more info on where to meet and things to know.
