Donation-Based 'Asana for Moms' (and anyone in the community!) with Briana and Postpartum Support International

Please join us for Asana for Moms, a donation-based yoga class to support the Climb Out of The Darkness fundraiser. The Climb Out of The Darkness is an event put on by Postpartum Support International aimed at promoting awareness, prevention and treatment of pregnancy and postpartum mental health concerns, bringing together families in honor of uniting around this struggle, and raising funds to build greater supports for families and the professionals who serve as resources in our area. Asana for Moms is a donation-based class, with all funds raised going to support future projects aimed at building resources in our community for new families experiencing pregnancy or postpartum mental health concerns. All are welcome! No yoga experience necessary; mats will be provided if you do not have your own. Advanced sign-up is not required.
