We’ve decided it’s time to get together and do some Acro! This will not be a led class, but instead a time to explore the different postures and bring our experiences together to practice and maybe learn something new. Never done acro yoga before? Not a problem - ALL are welcome - invite your friends! Let us know you’re coming by signing up or just show up!

Tai Chi ~ Qigong for Health with Sybil
