Come play! The first half hour will have instruction for beginners, and then the last hour is to explore and play with Acro Yoga! It’s all about building trust, confidence, and community! ALL are welcome :)
Yoga For Smiles with Briana and AppState’s Operation Smile

Yoga for Smiles with Operation Smile is a yoga event with the goal of raising money for the mission trips and surgeries for kids born with cleft lip and cleft palate. We will be getting our bodies moving with a fun and relaxing yoga session while also helping kids in need around the world!
Yoga Flow with Live Music with Anna and William

Cost: Regular class pricing (can use class packages).
We are excited for this all levels Yoga Flow taught by Anna with live acoustics from William Massey! The vibrations of the music really help you to drop further into the peaceful layer of your practice. We hope you can join us!
