Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with Briana

SUP Yoga

Please note: Our scheduled SUP Yoga classes have ended for the season. If you would like to schedule a private or group private lesson, please contact Briana at (828) 434-8258 or email her at highcountryyoga@gmail.com - we will offer SUP Yoga thru the end of October.

Location: Watauga Lake or Price Lake

Cost: $125 per private/group lesson (includes board rentals) - up to 6 people - please call for larger parties

Yoga on the Water is something you will not want to miss this season!  Join us as we test our balance and strengthen our core in a user-friendly SUP Yoga class.  Be prepared to jump (or fall!) in the water during the class as we explore the different yoga poses.  Lots of options will be given to ensure safety and allow you to practice at your own pace and level.  Never been on a paddleboard before?  No problem - we will help guide you through the whole process and by the end you will feel like a pro!

Tai Chi ~ Qigong for Health with Sybil

Day/Time: Mondays, 11:00am-12:15pm

Cost: $15/class or $12/class when you buy a series - cash or check only
